With COVID-19 still affecting our daily life, mental well-being has often taken a backseat in people’s minds as they face lower productivity and engagement at work. However, despite knowing that the stress brought upon by the pandemic is the reason for most of these problems, employers are unsure of what they need to do in order to motivate their workforce to maximise their potential in times of uncertainty. Research has shown that WFH setups, on average, have only three-quarters percent productivity as compared to their office setup. Furthermore, the employees who were forced to switch to WFH alternatives show lower productivity and engagement overall. Our panel experts in this session will look at the measures, best practices, and resources available for HR practitioners to implement in their companies!
